When users use the "PDF/Image Chord Reading feature" of this Service, the Service collects and processes uploaded image files and PDF files (hereinafter "Uploaded Data"). The handling of such data is defined as follows.
1. Purpose of Use
Uploaded Data is used solely for the purpose of automatic chord progression analysis and data conversion into the in-app score editor (OCR processing). The operator shall not use this data for any other purpose (such as marketing or provision to third parties).
2. Data Storage and Deletion
The original Uploaded Data (the image/PDF files themselves) whose analysis processing has been completed shall be temporarily stored for a certain period for the proper operation of the system, and then securely and automatically deleted from the server. However, data that the user has explicitly chosen to save to the cloud using the in-app save function, and the converted chord text data, shall be stored permanently within the user's account.
3. Non-Disclosure to Third Parties
The operator shall not disclose or provide to third parties any images, PDF data, or score data extracted therefrom that the user has uploaded, without the user's consent. However, this does not apply in the case of a legitimate disclosure request based on laws and regulations.
Article 15 (Temporary Processing & Non-Retention of Image/File Data)
To provide the auto chord-reading feature, this Service transmits and processes image and PDF file data (e.g. sheet music) uploaded by the user.
1. Purpose of Use
Uploaded data is used solely for automatic analysis (AI/OCR processing) for chord extraction.
2. Non-Retention & Non-Personalization
Transmitted image/file data is not stored linked to personally identifiable information, and is retained only for the short duration (temporary processing) necessary to perform the analysis. After analysis is complete, the data on the server automatically becomes inaccessible and is never permanently stored, accumulated, or repurposed.

This Service complies with data protection regulations including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and operates under the principles of "temporary processing" and "non-retention" for user image/file data.
