Terms of Use (EULA)

Article 1 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights for the sheet music editor, automatically generated melodies, and all other contents provided by this service belong to the developer of this service.

2. The copyright of chord progressions and song data created entirely as an original creation by the user shall belong to the respective user.

Article 2 (User Responsibilities & File Uploads)

1. When using the PDF reading feature (AI analysis) or data transmission features (Handoff feature, etc.), users must only upload or transmit data for which they own the copyright or have legitimate authorization (such as permission from the right holder).

2. Users shall not transmit, store, or share any data on this service that infringes upon the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or any other rights of third parties.

Article 3 (Data Handling and Transmission)

1. This service provides a temporary infrastructure to relay real-time data transfers between users (Handoff feature) and does not permanently store the transmitted data on the server.

2. The developer of this service assumes no obligation to monitor the content transmitted by users and is not involved in any such content.

Article 4 (Paid Plans & Subscriptions)

This service offers a subscription (hereinafter "Premium Plan") that allows some features to be used for a fee.

The price, payment method, and usage period of the Premium Plan shall be in accordance with the purchase screen and App Store guidance.

The Premium Plan is an Auto-Renewable Subscription. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal time from the Apple ID settings screen, the subscription will automatically renew.

Billing is charged to the user's Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Auto-renewal charges are made within 24 hours before the end of the current usage period.

Cancellation must be performed by the user from "Settings" > "Apple ID" > "Subscriptions" on the iOS device. Simply deleting (uninstalling) the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancellations and refunds after purchase shall be subject to Apple's policies, and the developer does not handle refunds.

Article 5 (Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability)

The developer of this service shall not be held liable for any disputes, troubles, or damages arising between users or between a user and a third party (including but not limited to copyright holders) in connection with the use of this service or data transmission. Any such disputes must be resolved at the user's own responsibility and expense.

If a user infringes upon the copyright of a third party in violation of these Terms and causes damage (including but not limited to legal fees) to the developer, the user shall be liable to compensate for such damage.

This service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to non-infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The modified Terms shall become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
